This young lady had a deviated septum and nasal airway obstruction. Here she is 5 months after surgery to correct her nasal airway. The dorsal hump (or bump) was addressed at the same time that I opened up her “internal valve” - or junction of her nasal bones, septum and upper nasal cartilages.
