This young lady had a prior traumatic nasal fracture, or a broken nose. After nasal trauma, her nose was severely deviated, or crooked. Here I used closed septo-rhinoplasty techniques, in order to straighten both her nose and deviated septum. With closed rhinoplasty, all scars and incisions are placed well hidden inside the nose.
