Breast Implant Downsize With a Lift 3 Month Post-Op. Her implants were originally 500 cc silicone implants and she felt that they were too large. I performed a total capsulectomy, replaced her 500cc implants with low projection 160 cc silicone implants and performed a bilateral breast lift (or Mastopexy).
