Breast Implant Revision: this patient had saline implants for 19 years and presented with a sudden deflation of the right breast implant after rupture. She also had a capsular contracture of the left side pulling the breast implant up under the pectoralis major muscle creating a bulge in her upper pole. Here she is 7 months post op after removal of bilateral implants, capsulectomy and placement of cohesive silicone gel breast implants. I placed a 400 cc implant on the right and 375 cc implant on the left to improve asymmetry.
