Exchange & Breast Lift: Removal of 35 Year Old Ruptured Silicone Implants
2 Years Post Op.
This patient had ruptured 35 year old silicone implants. She complained of severe capsular contracture and deformity. She expressed that she would be happier with a breast implant exchange and desired a natural look. I performed a breast implant exchange with total capsulectomy and bilateral mastopexy (lift). She now feels relieved from her pain caused from the grade 4 capsular contracture and is super happy with her results!
