This 46-year-old patient felt that her existing 230cc silicone breast implants were too large for her frame.
I performed a breast implant exchange with capsulectomy, replacing her implants with smaller 150cc silicone implants. A bilateral mastopexy (breast lift) was also performed to improve breast shape and position.

New implants: 150cc silicone
